Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 get shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Most of our pieces are made to order just for you. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

United States: usually 3 to 8 business days after your order ships.
International: shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country, and these are paid by the customer.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship in about 4 to 6 weeks, as listed on the product page. If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order items are ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Just place them as a separate order.

Orders with multiple items

Because items are made in different places, an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each one.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at shaggyrogers2614@gmail.com. We can fix it before your order ships, but we can't change it after. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier. We're not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered, but we'll always do our best to help.
